Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For customised orders, processing and shipping timelines may vary. You will be notified of the estimated dispatch date at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Timelines
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Tier 1 cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 5–8 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 8–10 business days
- Remote areas: May take longer depending on location
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 (displayed at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Note: Reheva Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the shipment has been dispatched.
